SYNAPSEBILLING
Refunds and cancellation.
The short version of how billing works. Sections 7 and 12 of the Terms govern, and this page says the same thing in plain words.
The free trialSignal starts with 7 trading days free. Weekends and market holidays don't count. Nothing is charged today. Some trials save a card at checkout and others start with no card at all. If yours has a card, we email you before the first charge, and if you cancel before the trial ends you are never charged. A trial with no card simply ends.
CancelingCancel anytime from your account at synapseengine.ai/billing, which opens your Stripe billing page. Nothing renews after that, and you keep access to the end of the period you already paid for.
RefundsPayments are not refundable, including for partial months, except where the law requires otherwise. If we end your paid subscription for any reason other than a breach of the Terms, we refund the unused part of your current period.
ReturnsSynapse is a digital subscription. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to return.
Price changesWe give at least 30 days' notice before a price change, and it applies from your next renewal after that notice.
